In 2006 Hodges celebrated their 150th anniversary, an amazing milestone for any company in any industry. Not wanting to let the opportunity slip, the five directors at Hodges approached Cornwell to help them develop a new brand for a new era. Cornwell worked collaboratively with Hodges to develop a brand strategy that would position Hodges as the first choice when it comes to buying and selling real estate. Hodges '100% is where we start' was developed as the positioning and a new identity was launched in September 2006.
The new brand has been rolled out across advertising, signage across its network of offices, real estate boards, marketing and sales collateral. Cornwell also developed a range of messaging for Hodges to use throughout their marketing collateral – 100% Lifestyle, 100% Local Knowledge, 100% There For You, 100% Sold – this messaging also helps to strengthen the brand positioning.
