Cate joined Cornwell as Design Manager in 2003. Today, as General Manager, she is responsible for the day-to-day running of the business.
Originally from Canberra, Cate began her career managing high-profile Government accounts, including the National AIDS campaign, with public relations consultancy, Burson Marsteller.
At Cornwell, she has managed accounts in both the public and private sectors, including Queensland Rail, QR National, Metlink, Macquarie Bank, Australia Post, Telstra and RACV.
Cate also spent four months based in Jakarta, overseeing the launch and implementation of a brand identity for Indonesia's third largest telecommunications company, Exelcom.

As founder and CEO, Steve provides the creative and strategic leadership that has framed Cornwell's success.
In 2007, Steve won the MADC Blackley Award for Creative Leader of the Year. In 2008, he curated a travelling exhibition of the studio's work titled, Possibility. And in 2010, he led the brand program for QR National, Australia's largest public float this century.
He has written three books - Cornwell One, Another One and Reflection, as well as RIPE - new design in Australia, which comments on the future of design in Australia from the perspective of Australia's best young designers.
Steve also provides ongoing commentary on the role of brand and design in creating and shaping our business and cultural landscapes. He often lectures on brand strategy, brand communication and design around Australia. He is a member of AGDA, DIA, MADC, and sits on the interim board of the UN Principles for Social Investment Secretariat, and Melbourne Open House. His work has been awarded locally and internationally.

Sally brings a broad range of advertising and communications experience to Cornwell - 13 years working in Adelaide, London and Melbourne on iconic brands like HSBC, Marks & Spencer, GM Holden, Daimler Chrysler, Yalumba Wines, Australian Defence Force, and National Foods.
As Client Services Director, she provides strategic advice on the development of marketing and communication plans, and works with the account management team to ensure all projects exceed expectations.
Sally also holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Communications Studies (Sociology).

Anthony came to Cornwell as a student, as part of the Industry Placement program. After graduating from Swinburne School of Design with first class honours in 2008, he joined full time.
He has worked on many of our major projects and has particular expertise in the digital environment, creating digital brand strategies across all forms of new media.
Anthony's university work has been published internationally and was featured in the Melbourne Design Guide 2009. He was recently a guest speaker at AGDA's First Five Out event profiling the industry's top young designers.

After studying graphic design, coming second at AWARD School, and co-winning the Radio Writers' Workshop, Tim chose to be an Art Director in the advertising industry.
He has worked at Saatchi & Saatchi, M&C Saatchi, and the AJF partnership on clients such as Holden, HWT, Pura Light Start, City of Melbourne, ANZ, Berri, Seek, and Medibank Private. His work has been awarded by MADC, AWARD, Caxton and ADMA.
When not working, Tim is running. He has completed six half-marathons and one full marathon.

Chris has been producing innovative new media content for more than 15 years. Prior to joining Cornwell, Chris worked with DDB, where he was the General Manager of Digital across both the DDB and Tribal DDB brands. His expertise includes strategic innovation, integrated digital marketing, mobile applications, usability, accessibility, user experience design, ecommerce effectiveness, digital product development and new technology integration.
He has been responsible for producing many award-winning cross-platform projects for ABC, SBS and the BBC including UsMob.com.au, ABC’s first multi-platform children’s series.
Chris has also been responsible for the production and project management of integrated digital campaigns for clients including ANZ, AAMI, Bingle, Apia, Coles, Fosters, Hocking Stuart, Michelin, Novartis, Sensis, Telstra, Treasury Wine Estates and Village Roadshow. As Digital Director, Chris leads digital innovation, integration, strategy and social media in the studio.
