Woods Bagot

Woods Bagot is an international architecture practice steeped in over 140 years of tradition. In the last 10-15 years the Australian brand has expanded rapidly across three continents and now employs over 500 staff. Woods Bagot has become an international player. The new staff are now leading the brand and shaping the organisation’s future.

Due to the brand’s high awareness and embedded history a name change was not possible. However, a new positioning was required to reinvigorate the staff and provide a leadership model that would drive the style of service, architectural direction and project types. A new strategy emerged that focused on winning public buildings of significance.
