Her appointment as CEO follows Cornwell's growth into the European, American and Asian markets, all of which have been operated and managed from the Melbourne office. Cornwell continues to share and leverage their global knowledge for the benefit of their clients and the varied sectors in which they operate. With 15 years of experience in Australia and the United Kingdom working as a director in client services, Sally has delivered strategy and advertising communications for brands such as GM Holden, National Foods, NAB, The Howard Hughes Corporation, The Cotton On Group, Ballymore, Fridcorp and HSBC. Sally's focus is to provide a highly creative culture and equip her team with the knowledge and opportunities that keep them inspired to create ideas of influence.
Quan is a passionate creative with a distinguished career spanning Australia, South Africa and the USA.
With a focus on holistic brand building, he has created campaigns, identity systems, design and communication for some of the worlds most iconic and influential companies including Nike, Swarovski, Calvin Klein, COTY, Dr Pepper Snapple Group, Chobani, Qantas and Woolworths South Africa.
Quan brings this diverse global experience to Cornwell, combining it with a desire to create a culture of creative excellence and to fulfill his vision for ideas that are both inspiring and influential.
Deanna is a forward thinking Design Director specialising in brand strategy, brand identity, copywriting and brand activations. Her design philosophy is based on big ideas backed by strategic thinking and matched with innovative well-crafted design solutions. Since graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Communication Design from Swinburne University in 2009, Deanna has worked at some prominent Melbourne agencies. Through these working experiences she has built a wealth of industry knowledge spanning across the arts, property, hospitality, retail, fashion, lifestyle, government and not-for-profit sectors. She has collaborated with some renowned clients, including Cotton On Group, One&Only, City of Melbourne, National Gallery of Victoria and Broadsheet Media. Recognised for her creative pursuits Deanna has been invited to speak at several national design conferences where she has also received industry awards. Namely, in 2010 she was awarded the agIdeas Newstar Award, which recognized the best new graduate work from Australia and New Zealand. In more recent years her interview was published in IdN: Red Thread, a special edition highlighting the career journey of Swinburne’s most successful design alumni.
Adit joined the Cornwell team with a broad range of experience in design industry. With a passion for typography, Adit brings a wealth of branding and design experience with him.
After graduating in 2009, Adit has work on a number of clients locally and internationally including National Gallery of Victoria, ANZ, Qantas, City of Melbourne, Siemens, GURNER™, Mirvac, Woolworths South Africa, BWS among many others. Through these experiences he has built an abundance of knowledge, working with clients in the property, commercial, arts, retail and government sectors.
As a Design Director, Adit works closely with the Creative Director and the design team to develop concepts to ensure that the brand vision is delivered over and beyond expectations.
Faun joined Cornwell after ten years strategic marketing experience across the property sector, incorporating residential, volume home building, retirement, commercial, retail and place activation. She has a real passion for architecture and design, property and digital and social marketing.
Managing and implementing brand positioning and go-to-market strategy for complex multi-use and residential projects is Faun’s forte, with significant experience on urban regeneration projects for a publicly listed international developer. Additionally, several years experience with residential builders has provided Faun with a strong understanding of greenfield development.
Faun’s key competencies are in strategic planning, brand development, project launch strategy, project management, digital marketing and place activation. She has a result driven approach, thriving in challenging and demanding environments.
Nicole joined the Cornwell team bringing her invaluable experience across both residential and commercial property to the client service team. Her strength in client management is evident with her long standing industry client relationships.
For over 18 years, Nicole has delivered successful creative solutions across print, digital and environmental graphics. Coming from a design and print background, she has acted as the bridge between creative and business perspectives, nurturing projects from start-to-finish.
Nicole has worked across a broad range of industries, from start up businesses, through to local, national and global corporations. She has managed small to medium design studios in both Sydney and Melbourne admiring Cornwell’s creative for years. She is proud to call Cornwell home.
Ane-Marie rejoins the Cornwell team after a three-year break pursing other interests in Sales Promotion and FMCG. With her strong network within the Property sector and close relationship with her Cornwell colleagues, she is excited to be back. She sees her versatile background as an asset to the business, with her broad experience, new thinking, and execution strategies.
Passionate about delivering the best results for her clients, Ane-Marie is enthusiastic and driven to succeed. A professional and pro-active Account Director with an upbeat attitude, she has a successful track record delivering projects for major brands. They include Bupa, Premium Beverages, Parmalat, Optus, Mars Chocolate, Lion Drinks & Dairy, as well as past and current Cornwell clients, such as Fridcorp, Riverlee, Lend Lease and Bates Smart.
Ane-Marie is looking forward to fostering new and stronger client relationships, delivering exceptional creative ideas, and providing mentorship to her account service team.
Kim brings to Cornwell over 20 years experience in client service, having worked at top design and multinational advertising agencies in Melbourne and Shanghai. A multi-tasker with a proven track record at managing high volume accounts, Kim has worked with a wide range of clients including Myer, Amcal, Woolworths, Snooze, Lend Lease Retail, Dexus Property Group, Villawood Properties, Federation Centres and Coca-Cola. After one year as Account Director at Cornwell, Kim took on the new role of Studio Manager, leveraging on her experience and complete understanding of the business.
